I love the color of this but that's about all. I want to send it back because it isn't stable. It moves alot and feels like it is going to tip over. Any suggestions on how to send it back?

This is a great product. Assembly was quick, easy and straight forward. It is compact, solid and well built. The main tray holds my 15" laptop with plenty of room to spare. I may consider a future laptop of 17" and this cart can certainly manage it with no problem. I like the fact that the trays can be rotated 360 degrees. I can also tilt the big tray at an angle for easier typing. I am typing this review using the cart. Comparing this to many other carts out there (and I researched a ton), it is one of the only ones with most reviews praising its stability...especially while typing (does not shake at all). I also like that it has 4 casters (2 locking) and it moves on carpet with ease. As for the smaller tray, it holds a mouse or most any other computer accessory and also rotates 360. The only issue I found here is that if you lean on the small tray with your hand (while holding/moving the mouse), it will tilt down easily. Tightening the small tray's knob screw helped, but only to an extent. However, there is a fix I found from another reviewer. Since the large and small knob screws are interchangeable, they simply suggested you switch the two. That is, just take a large knob screw near the base and exchange it with the small knob screw holding the smaller tray. Doing this, I noticed a huge difference as the mouse tray no longer tilts when leaning on it. Hope this tip helps someone else who might have a similar problem! I've also seen suggestions that you can supposedly remove both trays' guard rails for extra space. While you can do that, I wouldn't suggest it only because when I tried it, protruding dowels were revealed underneath. The rails don't bother me anyway, as they provide sufficient protection for my computer. All in all, this was a great investment and I would highly recommend this cart over any other!

  • Presentation cart not for heavier all in one PC's

If you are going to use just a laptop it will probably be fine. However, be very careful when tightening the screws. It will turn and drop your laptop. Should not be trusted completely when moving the cart. Why this was designed to have the stands roll I will never know. Design is not the best out there. I will probably use it for something else that won't be required to move often.
