  We purchased to replace a broken kitchen faucet and thought we could connect the sprayer to it that we had since it was not broken, but this faucet does not have a hookup on it for a sprayer. The faucet was fine but we had to purchase another faucet that had the sprayer set up.

  I absolutely love this faucet. However, the spray nozzle was broken in the package. It is made of cheap plastic , not the metal that the rest of the faucet is made of. Kinda disappointing. I found a replacement nozzle that looks like the rest of the faucet (chrome) for $10 at Walmart.

  This is my second Kraus faucet. I am thrilled with their customer service and prompt attention to anything that required help. I had purchased a Kraus bowl and faucet 6 years ago. I called them to ask how to fix the original faucet and they sent me a new one at no cost. When I first bought the combo of faucet and bowl I actually broke the waterfall portion of it. They replaced that free of charge also.   I really enjoy my Branson Faucet by Vigo. I needed a replacement for my old faucet in my apartment and this did the job. It was easy to install on my own and I really love the dual spray feature. The pull out faucet is also a nice feature to have. I don't know why you wouldn't want that.
