VERIFIED PURCHASEI think it is a great gift, although the knives are a bit heavier than the magnetic strip allows so they fall off when manipulated. I guess the strip is mainly there to keep the knives from moving when stored anyways so it is fine.

VERIFIED PURCHASEThis is just what my husband wanted, and didn't know it! If you love cheese, summer sausage, and crackers, you need this. Its quality is great, and it has a nice smooth finish. I think it looks better than the pictures represent, even though it seems a bit pricey, it was probably worth it for the functionality.
