  This sectional is much too expensive not to be crafted to perfection. We had to drill our own holes in the bottom of the couch to mount the legs, the adjustable seats were extremely difficult to mount and uneven once mounted, the stereo arrived with a hole in it, and the incorrect sofa was delivered. We had to call Great Offer Stock to send out the correct sofa and a new stereo, which they did. Thanks Overstock!

  We never imagined this sofa would be as short as it is. We should have read the measurements more closely and not just the floor footprint but the "vertical" footprint as well. One of the cushions had a bad thread and we asked for a replacement cushion, instead of a cushion they said they could send out a whole new sofa, take the new cushion and return the whole new sofa, or completely exchange it. Assembly was simple, maybe 10 minutes after everything was unpacked. It is a solid assembly but there were a few pieces we couldn't get to completely connect the way they were supposed to. I don't care at all about comfort, if I can lay on it, it's comfortable. My family, however, finds it far too firm.

  This is a nice sectional but the hooks that go with the set did not come with it. The set also pushes together so you really don't need to hook it. So far the sectional is nice!!

  The sectional is perfect for my needs of wanting a sectional that will fit in a relatively narrow room. The leg supports on the movable backs are permanently part of the sofa but fold away and actually conceal completely into the back of the couch; a very nice feature. The chase is completely reversible for left or right ends. The raised end sections lift up and off very easily for a completely flat sleeper. The only issue was one of the set of brackets for the raised sides was reversed, meaning you had to lift the entire couch several inches to get the section off for sleeper mode. However, 10 minutes with a power drill to remove all the bracket screws and flip them cured the problem. Highly recommended.

  I love, love, love this wonderful sectional. I didn't realize it when I purchased it, but this sectional can be made into a separate loveseat and sofa arrangement. The color is definitely cayenne, the seating is very comfortable, and we are very, very happy with our selection.
