Gets the job done !
VERIFIED PURCHASECord is a little heavy but this steam cleaner is so easy to use and gets the job done in mins ! No more big buckets of water ! Yay !

Works well, parts listed are not included
VERIFIED PURCHASEThere is only one cleaner pad and no carpet glider. When I contacted customer service they said that it comes that way from the maker and there's nothing they could do except give me a small credit. So just beware those are not included. The mop works really well though.

VERIFIED PURCHASEI like the steam cleaner but when I used the plastic bristle brush that came with it the steam melted the bristles. Otherwise it works great.

VERIFIED PURCHASEI lover my Shark steam mop but my mom wanted one with fewer bells and whistles. This was perfect for her! Once you use a steam mop it will become the only way you clean your floors. I also use it in the shower stall and tub just to steam away anything that I may have missed with my regular cleaning.

VERIFIED PURCHASEThis is probably one of the best steam mops we have ever used. We run a vacation rental business and there are perfect, sturdy, yet light weight, and really do pick up more soiling from hard floors than any regular mop. The extra container that holds cleaning chemical is brilliant so you can choose just water/steam or with cleaning product.
