As everyone knows window treatments can be pricey. These shades look great, were simple to install, and cost a fraction of what woven wood shades would have cost. Let's hope they last awhile. Great purchase!
I am so pleased with these blinds for the price. They fit perfectly and therefore seem like a custom fit. By contrast, Pottery Barn, which asks about $150 more for their window treatments, only offers 64" long blinds. My windows are 54". Who needs the 10 extra inches? These extend right down to the bottom sill without the useless, ugly extra blind buildup. The installation was not bad at all - probably took 2 hours in total for two blinds. They don't have the faux wood grain look like some faux wood blinds on the market. They are completely smooth - if that matters to you. Because Great Offer Stock did not have the size I wanted in the Snow White, with some hesitation, I went with the Pearl White. It is a slightly creamier white. I painted my trim Benjamin Moore White Dove and it blended almost perfectly with the trim. The valance, which has the design of crown molding, is a nice finishing touch. A great buy.
These are good blinds for the price- I'd recommend them. One warning: if you have a dog (like mine) who is prone to not let window treatments get her in way of trying to see outside, they are not super durable against destructive dog claws. We've gone through a few sets. But that's really more of a comment on my dog than on this product, and hey, at this price, it's affordable :-)
They're great for what I bought them for - to make an office window look a bit more finished that it did without any window treatment. The color is lighter than I antipated but not worth the hassle of returning.
Honestly, I took a chance with these blinds. You never know if your own measurements are correct or whether you take into account of the header rail in the length or whether or not the manufacturer adds or subtracts an eighth or quarter of an inch here or there. I've owned six condos and two homes in my life and one of the first installations to do is window treatments. I took a chance on these are they were perfect in every way...... Seriously, this is not a canned review. The installation was a piece of cake. Four screws into the inside mount of the window that hold up the brackets. The header rail of the blind just clips right in. I would say the installation was 8 minutes each. These blinds are so clean looking. There are no cords and the plastic tabs are a good idea to install to pull down or up these blinds. All nine of the blinds that I ordered 8 x 34" and 1 x 26" FIT PERFECTLY. It's like they were made for the condo. I am so please with all of them. The condo looks so finished and clean. Bravo.
Truly am happy for purchasing this window treatment. Thanks to Great Offer Stock for quick, easy ordering and shipping. Relatively simple to install and looks marvelous! The only thing that I'm unsure about is that I wasn't able to connect the small lever handles that help to pull and push the shade up and down--the plastic is hard and afraid to attempt to "click" to the rim of the shade--might tear the shade or crack the plastic handle. Otherwise, highly recommend!
I ordered these wonderful Bamboo Roman Shades for my entire downstairs window treatments. They add texture and warmth to my home like I would never have believed! Easy to install too!

Looks great. As usual, installation is a bit time consuming, but not more than any other window treatment I've done. The valance gives it a nice finished look, especially if you don't have any curtains in the window to hide the mechanism
