Great Quality I bought this skillet because I wanted to be able to cook two steaks at once. This fits the bill perfectly, it's easy to clean (I hand-wash since it doesn't fit in my dishwasher). The handle is sturdy, and while the skillet is sturdy, it's not overly heavy.

Cheap n Quality I was surprised the Cuisinart would make such a piece of junk. The frying pan is light weight and I prefer a substantial frying to insure the quality of my cooking.
