Disappointed Sleeper Office and Delivery were great. Web site looked good and seemed informative. However, I won't buy a mattress again without trying it out first. This mattress is not firm enough for a back supporter. When you first lay down it feels great, then some time during the night the mattress sinks in the middle and you feel you have to crawl out in the morning. Needs more support. I'm disappointed, feel unrested and will have to buy another mattress.
