Not BLACKOUT but dimming I knew that as it is a light pattern these curtains weren't as blackout as advertised. I was disappointed though that the pattern has lighter areas than others and it is a bit noticeable as the light comes through it so much. They do keep the room cooler though and the glare off the TV so they do work as needed.

NOT Blackout These are NOT blackout curtains. I get migraines and required blackout curtains, these aren't even close. NO way do they block light (see picture attached). I didn't even hang up in the middle of the day when the sunshine is at it's strongest; I took teh photo at 7:10 pm when the sun isn't even behind this window. Light comes through, these are NOT blackout so if you NEED blackout these won't work for you. I now have to go buy blackout material and learn to sew so I can sew onto the back of these. NOT HAPPY with this product at all! I do like the design and the color work in my room perfectly but not happy it wasn't a hang and done project. Poor advertising on what this product actually is.

Really pretty, but not blackout These curtains look beautiful in my room, but they do not blackout the light. Its not as bad in the room they are in because its the north side of the house and does not get direct sunlight. My husband is still insisting that I add lining to the curtains because we watch movies in the room and its not dark enough for him.

Curtains stop no light, definitely not blackout These should not be labeled blackout. They're barely light filtering. Very thin and no liner. I have them paired with a light filtering shade and the two together couldn't even block out moonlight. During the daytime, the room is almost just as bright with the currains closed as when open. Since I bought them specifically to be blackout, this is very disappointing. Also came with a bunch of dirty fingerprints all over them but I've read overstocks return policy and since I didn't make the ups man wait at my door while I opened the package, pulled oUT the curtains and inspected every square inch of them, I think wouldn't be able to return without paying a restocking fee.

Dramatic I purchased these as part of a desperately need bedroom update. When I looked at them in the package I wasn't sure I had made the right decision, but decided to hang them anyway. All I can say is Wow! What a quick and easy way to bring some drama to a dull room!!
