Not watertight! Nice small bench.
First, this bench is an open weave and is not watertight. It is a little lower and smaller than anticipated, and, while it is rated as a bench, I wouldn't use it regularly as a seat. Our cat sleeps on it (it is in a screened porch) and it is starting to sag already. She only weighs 12 pounds! So, a good bench for my gardening materials and pool toys, but not for towels or anything that you don't want to get wet or buggy.
