Lumbar stenosis I have lumbar stenosis and the heat helps a lot. The massage is fine as long as you only do it for five minutes at a time. Can't have that vibration all day long or for as long as I need to be at my desk. The plug is a bit of a pain when you forget about it and get out of your chair and trip over it. Maybe someday necessary cushions like this will be wireless!
