Junk --- Got the bar securely mounted into concrete wall, but as soon as the shelf is put on the pegs, the pegs begin to bend downward. when I opened the box and the pegs had movement, I wondered how this would ever hold the shelf, much less the shelf and something else on it.

Poor Experience The shelf arrived and did not come with the wall anchors or one of the two screws that go under the shelf to attach it to the mount. So far I have had to buy new screws, wall anchors and now a set of metal brackets to mount this shelf. It is still not properly mounted and I am very unsatisfied. All around poor experience. Side note- Had it been shipped to me with everything that was supposed to be included it may have gone over much more smoothly

11 holes later First, it came with a dent on the front top edge, It had been dropped and was crushec on the end. I thought oh well. I can live with that, The wall attachment is a joke. The holes they tell you to drill are way to big. Therfore had to drill again. Used the wall sleeves and screws that came with the shelf. The screws do not thave a corse thread and therefor pulled out of the sleeves. I have a total of 11 holes in my wall and end up having to use shelf brackets. I didn't want brackets thats why I ordered the FLOATING SHELF. Would NOT buy this again. Very angry with this product.
