Be aware of what you'll actually receive. I feel the photo is a bit deceiving. The bed pictured likely costs *** to complete. The white striped fold down with red piping is actually a sheet set. Maybe my stupidity, but thought we'd have more to work with. The comforter is of a decent quality, solid navy on one side, Navy with a thin white stripe on reverse side. No red anywhere. The shams are solid navy, the navy and blue pinstripe on the other. I should have paid more attention to details, but for the *** , it's a pretty basic look. Going to need to buy more to get a" Nautica Look."

True Navy Color The comforter is very well made. I haven't washed it and will have it dry cleaned to set the color so I can't say how it washes. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it could be a little wider as the picture shows it almost touching the floor. The drop is not that long though. I'm buying white bed skirts now to hide the box spring and already have white throw pillows with navy welting and anchors.

My kids love it They picked out there own bedding and our enjoying the solid color on the out side and the strips in the inside they said they slept like a rock so Iam assuming it was pretty comfortable!!!

Nautica Mainsail Navy 3-piece Reversible Comforter The order arrived within a week and in excellent condition. I ordered a twin for the guestroom bed. I thought I would need to buy a pillow insert for the sham cover, but it is about the size of a standard pillow - rectangular and not square like a Euro sham. The comforter itself is very puffy, which is fine for me. Some people may not like puffy. The colors are nice and crisp - a true navy blue and crisp white. In case you missed it, the reverse of the comforter and sham have a thin white stripe going horizontally. Very pretty. Also, the sham has a zipper closure so the pillow doesn't hang out or look weird. They washed and dried nicely. I'm happy with this purchase.

Cheap fabric melted in the dryer This looks great and its a nice weight for winter. The first time I needed to wash the shams it in between guests the sham fabric melted in the dryer in spots. My dryer is not overly hot, nothing else has melted in the many years I've used this dryer. The melted spots resemble plastic now.
