beautiful and good quality I have had it for about a year now and still holding it. Style is what i was looking for and convenient to use. Only thing is that the shower head does not always gets back in the faucet holder nicely but since we mostly use it out that is OK for us.

Hose has to be manually aligned after being used I bought this for the Krause 23" undermount sink. I found it to be too high for the sink. The hose has to be put back in place after use by a slight twist or it hangs down. I get too much splash from the sprayer, which may be the sink size.

Kraus Single Lever Pull Out Kitchen Faucet The hoses on the underside used to attach the faucet to the house water supplies were way too short. They were only 4-5 inches long and the plumber said they are usually about 18 inches long. Also, it was not possible to attach one of the other elements to what it needed to be attached to without an adapter. It took the plumber 2 trips to the **** and 4 hours to install the faucet. I've used this plumber before and he is quite competent. I've bought many other plumbing fixtures from you before and this one was the first disappointment, but it was bad enough to make me wary of your products in the future. It should have been stated in the product information on your listing that it was a non-standard product and the variances described.

LOVE this faucet!!! I absolutely love this faucet. I like that it is easy to adjust the temperature, with just one handle. I also really appreciate that it doesn't show water beads like chrome ones do, so it stays looking clean longer. the pullout feature is great, and retracts nicely too. Overall, very happy!

I have had this faucet for over a year. It's as good as the high end ones (I owed in a previous home) the faucet pulls out about 23 inches. It might go to 24 based on how much room is under the sink for the weight ball. Hope this helps. Nancy

The hot and cold are just stub outs. Your existing hoses should reach, but you may have to get longer ones depending on your current hookups.

The copper pipes are short. You may have to purchase flexible hose to extend. I'm not a plumber or a contractor so I really don't know. Mine hasn't been installed yet. Doing the remodel as we speak.

Check to be sure that the counterweight which pulls the faucet back up is properly installed. If it is not, the faucet will not retract properly.

I found mine did retract but I had to twist it to lock it in place. I thought it would be annoying over time but I haven't had many problems since I installed this last fall. Good luck
