Patience
VERIFIED PURCHASEOk my wife loves the oven. The shipping was good but now for the rest of the story. The first oven received had a broken glass and we didn't notice until after the driver had left but no problem. They picked up the broke one and we received the second one 16 days after the original order. I couldn't ask for better service. Ok what I learned from the first one was the can't track over sized item in smaller markets. Do your self a favor and don't try. I was so pissed off you can't imagine. The shipping was fine but dealing with the O and not being able to track it is mind blowing. If I would have not tried to track it it would have been a GREAT experience but I did so don't.

Great Range
VERIFIED PURCHASEI was looking for a range that did NOT have any circuit boards for control panels. They all have issues or just fail entirely. This one met all of my requirements and at a great price. It looks great and temp settings seem to be accurate. You just need to get used to the high output burners if this is your first professional 'style' range.

VERIFIED PURCHASEPros: Great Looking, all the Burners have the same outout capacity which is the best feature in my opinion. Reignites itself if flame is blown out. No electronic display panel, just simplistic functions. Con: Finish on 2 Knobs was already wearing off. Contacted NXR for replacements. Bottom line, a great value for the money but since NXR is a relatively recent emerging manufacturer of these pro-look ranges, I strongly recommend getting the OPTIONAL WARRANTY just in case....
