Extremely attractive I used this for a kitchen reno. Very attractive on the peninsula with the sink. Works well but seems impossible to get a secure tight fit on the granite. Wobbles too much but doesn't seem to affect use.

Great quality, not as flexible as you would think. The quality on the product is amazing. It looks great sticking up out of our white quartz counter top. if you are looking for a "pull down" faucet that is going to get you closer to your dishes this is not it. It may not pull down very far, but the spray it produces is very effective in cleaning our dishes even in the bottom of a deep sink.

NEW Kitchen - Looking for Fresh Look Good looking faucet that feels well built, BUT had issues: 1 - The install others referred to (install from the top) I was not worried about after reading - figured they probably didn't know what they were doing. But I have to agree with other commenters, it simply does not securely attached to the counter. The faucet does a 1/4 turn screw onto a base that is attached to the counter then held in place by a small set screw. I tried many ways (as did a professional plumber prior to me) but even when it got tight, after a few rotations, it would loosen and eventually you could "rock it" off the counter attachment. 2 - The first one I received actually leaked from the faucet handle. That is a QA issue at the factory and can happen - though disappointing to be sure. I ordered a new one (thinking that perhaps that is why it would not attach well too, maybe just a bad faucet). But no, issue #1 was still in place with the new one. Ultimately for $* more, I got a very robust faucet that looks similar, attaches properly and is a widely known brand. It is actually awesome compared to this one. If Kraus changes their mounting system to a conventional one - I would say go for it...but not until they do that. Disappointed it didn't work out for me as it looked all the part, but hope this helps others like me who read comments and try to balance good and bad. I was happy with Great Offer Stock for taking both faucets back with a shipping return label. I would shop with them again based on the positive experience.
