Return Policy
AST desktop computers offer 1-year warranty, laptop battery and other accessories warranty coverage is limited to 90 days. DOA and shipping damage must be reported within the 48 hours of purchase. The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Prior to return the product please obtain an RMA# from AST, Serial # should be provide to AST for warranty or refund purposes. To void any delays, products returned to AST must include tracking#, AST ID#, warranty card and RMA# in the package. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, (and any applicable customs and duties) for all items shipped to AST.
