Ive only had this machine for a couple weeks and so far I love it!
The box arrived in tip top shape! (No damage what so ever), it was pretty heavy about 50-60 lbs.
All parts where included, I know some people have complained about missing parts, but I didnt have any problem with that.
Set up went without a hitch! You will need two people to assemble this machine, because holding the base and setting up the bars will get heavy.
Instructions where easy to follow, all I had to do was assemble the base to the side bars and then to the handle bars.
Now that its set up, I can tell you that it really has a different feel than an electric treadmill. I still havent gotten used to it, but it has become easier each time. Im sure I will get the hang of it in no time!
Walking on it: easy to use, the faster you walk the faster the belt moves.
Running on it: Its still pretty awkward for me; I cant seem to keep a steady pace without the belt stopping, not sure if its me or the machine. Although, it works great if you hold onto the bars and run, but I think that defeats the purpose of your workout. I am okay with this because I am only power walking on it for now.
All in all, I would totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheap machine on a low budget. This machine works out for me because I intend to use it as a power walking machine. So if youre looking to run or sprint maybe you should consider an electric treadmill.
