So the playground is alot of work comes in 4 huge boxes. I recommend adding additional layer of stain/waterproofer. Factory coating is basic. Load berring is over 1k lbs so it can hold plenty of kids with plenty of room to play. Offers swing climbing covered sitting area and a really cool lookout post with seeing eye scope slideand mokey bars. Moderately priced with great play options. I would say deffinetly the best value for the money. Would recommend to friends and family

I ordered this as a combination Christmas/birthday gift for our granddaughter (yes a big purchase but hoping for years of fun times for her and her future siblings and cousins!). It took 4 men an entire weekend (8-10 hours Saturday and Sunday) to assemble most of it last weekend. They have maybe an hour or two left to complete it, but rain has been non stop, so we will see. It seems very well made and sturdy, and we are very pleased we chose this set over others.... Swings, monkey bars, fort, balcony with lookout, climbing wall.... It had everything we wanted when we were researching play sets. The stamps on the different pieces were difficult to read and would have bee easier to read if they were larger and not so faint, but other than that we have no complaints and are so happy we purchased this set!! We are certain that it will hold up for years ahead!

Although this looks like a beautiful swing set, it is total junk. I completely regret this purchase and unfortunately for my family, Great Offer Stock will not allow us a return or refund. We had this item built by a professional contractor in April 2016. My husband sealed the wood as soon as it was built. We have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old, and a baby who we put in a baby swing. The wood is already splintering and falling apart, the entire swing set creaks and moves (even though we had it professionally anchored) when it swings. It has only been about 3 months of occasional use. The contractor even reinforced some spots (such as the stairs and some supports) with lumbar that he had to purchase from our local home depot. He also used additional reinforcement brackets because he felt what was provided by the company was inadequate. Sadly, I do not see this lasting even until next summer. My son tried to use the horse swing today and the noises coming from the top made it sound like it will not support much longer and is not safe for use. We will not be letting him use it again. Such a total disappointment to save up for the kids and be given such poor quality. Stay far away from this and go with something more tried and true. Don't be fooled by the nice looks!

This swing set did take many hours to put together. But it included ALL the correct parts, which is pretty amazing considering the size of the swing set and number of parts involved. The finished result is a beautiful swing set/fort combo that my kids love.

This is very hard to put together. The instructions are not clear, I had to take it apart a number of times. There are holes used later on in a piece of wood that must be on the correct side. It goes together well though.

This is a great looking playset when all put together! Install took me about 24-26 hours total mainly by myself except for the monkey bars and swing side. Pros: -I'd give the build quality and lumber quality a 8.5/10. Few pieces were cracked, and the set does creek around a bit. I'm anticipating the creeks to stop once it settles for a few weeks. -My two boys love it! Cons: -The lookout area is quite small and difficult to fit through when assembling (I'm 6'0" and 195 lbs) -A few points in the instructions weren't too clear and wound up requiring a little re-work because they don't tell you consistently if pieces need to be flush or not. Install advice: Lay out all the wood in order by letter outside of the boxes or you'll spend half your time just searching for pieces. Otherwise, the instructions are easy to follow and it goes together like a big adult lego kit :)

The playset had a great set of instructions that my wife and I were able to work through to get it done. Be sure that you start with a level spot. We had to do some digging and leveling to make it right.
