I needed this about halfway through pregnancy for tailbone support- it is great. I wish I had one for every seat... I use it in my office chair. The memory foam springs back when you get up. Colleagues are jealous.
I am now of an age where my lower back requires substantial support. The flexible wire frame supplies all the support my back requires... & in all the right places. The soft mesh material provides for the comfort of sitting for long periods of time. My only wish is that the base of this support was a little wider so as to NOT slip between the back & seat of many office chairs. However, overall I find this to be quite a godsend.
Excellent footrest for desk work -- good while typing and reading or just sitting and watching TV. But it's also soothing at the end of a day if you've been extensively on your feet -- laying bare feet on rest seems to relieve any stress and aches.
