This is really a very nice bedspread for your couch. It doesn't keep spills off the couch. It does wash well. But not a great protection as advertised.

Bought this because my Basset Hound sleeps here yet if gathers the fur and slips around a bit... Not great for a big dog..

These sofa/loveseat/chair protectors are a must. I covered all our leather furniture to be able to clean (wash) these covers and protect the furniture. A must have. Not crazy about the elastic strap fasteners, but they do help hold the covers in place. Good value and well made.

Cats have taken to it and the fabric catches the hair. Just wash and dry. Would like to see other color choices

First , the color is bright red. Not burgundy as shown in the picture. The stitches are good. The red fabric doesn't look good wrinkled straight out-of-the-box, the reverse side appears to be wrinkle free. When you reverse it , it doesn't look good because it shows red trims (about half an inch ) around the corners. It keeps slipping out of place in my loveseat because its leather but I think it will stay in place otherwise. For the price I can't complain , but I would be willing to pay more for something that is wrinkle free and dark red (burgundy).
