Excellent service. Let me explain - it took a few weeks before my son could come by to install the closet system. He was doing very well until towards the last when some hardware pieces were missing. Complete halt! Upon calling Great Offer Stock, the pieces were ordered and arrived within days. (Thank you) Then, it wasn't until a few days ago that my son could return to finish the job. Hence, the delayed review. So, Great Offer Stock is much faster than my son. But I'm a happy camper. The closet system is just what I needed in my office-bedroom.
the Great Offer Stock customer service was excellent. I have contacted them twice to ask for missing parts and both times were handled professionally and promptly send the requir parts for me to finish the closet. The product was in very good quality. However, it is best to have a professional to install it. I would order 'John Louis' products again if I needed more organzing products. Very happy with this order.
Quality, quality, quality and so much more as they are real wood. The finish is perfect and the assembly was easy once we got the hang of the process. We cut the cost of particle board organizers by half and are so pleased with these.
Hired someone to spend the day to install closet system. After 10 hours of working, they found pieces missing to keep them from finishing the installation. So, all my clothes and shoes are laying on he floor because my closet system is not ready due to missing pieces.
