all the hardware was missing

This item arrived completely undamaged. The exterior packaging wasn't damaged so I'm not sure how well it would hold up if the outer box got banged up but it appeared well packaged. The console was easy to assemble...just follow the pictures carefully to ensure the pieces are oriented correctly. I didn't mount this on the wall...I'm using it on the floor and it's very sturdy. For pressed particle board, this is a very quality item. I would recommend it.

Looks nice, good color, the quality and how secure it is to the wall can definitely be improved. It was easy to put together. But I would opt for something a little different next time.

Way too large and HEAVY. Very difficult to assemble. We wound up throwing it away. What a waste of our money

It looks just like it's described and the color is great. We ordered the gray and it's a nice looking unit. The packaging, however, is horrible. It was not packed inside the box well enough to withstand shipping without getting damaged. One corner was chipped and another corner was chipped along with a bent piece of trim. Be ready with some wood glue and a sharpie! Otherwise it wasn't challenging to assemble or install.

This item is very stylish and works well since I did not want my floor to look cluttered. There is a clean look.

MATERIALS ARE VERY CHEAP, AND ORDERED TWICE BOTH TIMES WERE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.

This looks fantastic (we got the grey color), but we had some issues making sure it was level and attached to the wall correctly.
