I am so happy with the outdoor sectional set I purchased. Each chair/table is delivered in a separate box and there was a delay/issue with not receiving each piece but greatofferstock.com has great customer service and located the undelivered pieces. A little elbow grease was needed in fitting together the chairs but if you have a partner to help it shouldn't take much time. The cushions are firm but comfortable. Thank you Overstock!
