In terms of area rugs this size, this is one of the best deals out there. Any smart person knows, though, that at this price point quality will be lacking. The rug is thin and isn't soft. The design and color is nice, but this is a very "economy" rug. We are building a new home and I just needed SOMETHING to cover the rustic pine that will be in the living room, to help protect from traffic. We have small kids and a dog, so I didn't want to invest in any hard to clean natural fibers yet. This rug looks nice and will do the job for a few years. It did arrive slightly folded and after two weeks it still isn't perfectly flat, but I'm hoping in another two weeks it will be.

Creases Better listen to the folks below who talk about the poorly shipped product. The rug itself and the colors are fine. But unlike other rugs that I have had shipped to me, perfectly rolled, this one came just like so many warned. I have 32....that's 32...creases across this rug, many of them severe. And the idea, as one poster suggested, that you can just vacuum this rug and the creases come right out, is absurd. Doesn't work. I guess I will try an iron next, but I am either throwing it out or hiding it under a lot of furniture if that doesn't work. It was too cheap to spend money on a return. Not happy AT ALL.

Good for the price The colors are true to the picture on line. I knew I wasn't getting top of the line at this price, but I like the short nap. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it was shipped folded rather than rolled. Because the rug is thin, it needed a cardboard roll in center to keep it from collapsing into folds. I assume the folds will eventually flatten out.

It's a very thin, very cheaply made rug. The colors are much darker than indicated as well. We put it under a bunch of furniture so that it's not the centerpiece of the room. The rug pile is a little bit thicker than the very flat rugs, but it's still not very plush, soft, or well made.

Hey, we bought this rug for our living room. It needed to stand up to dogs and lots of traffic. So far so good. It's not very thick but it's very soft. After it's first vacuuming and "breaking it in" I'd recommend a pad only because I like a softer squish. But hey, you can take any rug and make it squish with a pad. I don't mind it. For the $$ it was worth it.

It is thin, came folded instead of rolled and STILL has lines that won't flatten down, even after 3 months. Don't buy this rug. Not as good quality as I thought. I'll be moving it upstairs soon and get another one from another manufacturer.
