Looks just like the picture-don't buy for comfort The chairs are gorgeous and look just like the picture. I measured everything and was still surprised at the depth of the chairs. They do need the accompanying cushion for back support and to sit ergonomically correct. When assembling, be sure to note that the short legs go on the chair and the long legs on the ottoman. We did that backwards and had to redo...ugh. The chairs are not that comfy and they're starting to creak a little after just a few weeks. So they're beautiful to look at, great when sitting up and using the ottomans but don't expect to curl up and snuggle. I would prepare to replace them in a few years.
