Upon assembly we realized not all of the hardware had been shipped. Issue was resolved easily and replacement hardware arrived in about 2 weeks. Would've rated it 5 stars had it not been for the missing hardware because our 14 year old LOVES her new love seat in her room!
Missing hardware: (1) wood plug and (1) 3.5X15 wood screw. The directions are very crude.
All parts were in great shape . All hardware for assembly was included . Directions were easy to follow . Assembly was a 1 person affair . However consider having 2 people to carry the boxes and to place the tabletop on the legs .
Love the look of these chairs, but the hardware provided to assemble the chairs was so cheap they broke. We had to find hardware to replace it during assembly.
