Happy with the product We are happy with the product and the price we paid for it. However, as another poster noted - the color of the piece is BLACK. We were hoping for brown as the title and description both claim it is 'espresso' or 'brown'. We can live with it and make it work in the room we planned to use it in, but other consumers should be aware of the true color of the product.

Love my ladder bookshelf It holds up to 50 pounds of items. It's not enough space to fit wine bottles on. I have a few books and pictures on it.

VERY GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE! I was pleasantly surprised at how great of quality this item was! For the price I was expecting low quality particle board, like the furniture you might find at Wal-Mart...But this is VERY good quality wood, amazing finish and only took me 15 minutes to put together by myself!!! Very easy to assemble and looks amazing in my living room! Would highly recommend!

AWFUL! DONT BUY! For the life of me I cannot understand the good reviews. I am not fussy, but this is a complete piece of crap. First of all it came damaged. The top of the shelf had 2 gauges in it. None, and I mean None of the screws tightened. It's wobbly and insecure. I was afraid to even put books on it. If I hadn't torn the box open, and not wanted to waste more time repackaging it, this would have gone back in a heartbeat. Shame, shame on you Great Offer Stock for selling such garbage. I truly wasted my money. A complete disappointment.
