Customer Service I wish I could give this bed higher reviews because the bed itself is lovely. However, my experience with Overstock's customer service and the DHP customer service has been a 3 week nightmare that continues to this date! Great Offer Stock did not include the hardware for the bed and after several attempts to obtain the hardware I took it upon myself to contact the manufacturer who is just as bad. They are sending me partial pieces of the hardware. It's like a slow maddening death. This experience has ruined my outlook on ever buying items online and not from Great Offer Stock ever again!
