Easy to Clean Wasn't sure if these would be heavy duty or medium duty pans, but they are not heavy as in weight. They clean up easy and just put in the dishwasher. I know to use non metal stirring devices, as they do scratch. Great value for the price, stores/stacks well for my storage area.

Countour hard anodized I purchased this as a gift for a new to cooking bachelor. It has withstood his abuse without losing its finish. The exterior does have a tendency to mar easily, however it does not affect the use of the cookware. The design of the contour is stylish. The stockpot is the large 8 qt, which lends nicely to cooking pasta for 4. Overall the set is great to cook with. I will say that this was not bought as a lifetime purchase. I have over the last 20 years, bought 2 non stick Cuisinart sets. replacing them at about 7 years. Unlike other reviewers, the coating did not flake off into my food, rather it slowly lost its effectiveness. As long as you do not try to cook with high heat, this set should last a long time. I have since graduated to cooking on stainless steel, but still have, love and use a few nonstick pieces.
