The rug is well made, however, the color/shade is darker than it appears on the site.

Based on other reviews and the item description I took a chance on buying this rug. I was unhappy with the delivery as it was just wrapped in a thick plastic bag, one end was completely exposed. It was raining that day, but thankfully the rain must've stopped before it was left outside. It's not "plush" at all, it reminds me of semi-course yarn. There isnt any barrier between the plastic backing and the rug I took a picture of how you can see it by spreading the rug apart. Have your vacuum ready when you take it out of the bag cause there will rug debris everywhere. The color will be off white so don't expect a brightly white rug arriving on your doorstep. And the biggest disappointment is its not a true 8x10 as advertised. It's 10 feet one way and 89 inches the other. So I was shorted 7 inches on my design plan for the bedroom remodel. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra $***- $**** for a quality 8x10 rug.

One reason I selected this rug was the dimensions met my needs. However, when delivered it was labeled 7'6" x 10' and actually measured 7'5" x 10'. Very disappointing for a product to be misrepresented.

More of a cream/ivory color. But not "yellowy". Was initially worried about the color, but it was the thick plastic/visqueen(sp-?) covering that was altering the actual color. When I removed the plastic I loved the color. Thick and soft. You don't see the 'backing' of the rug through the pile (fibers). It is fairly dense. It rolled out and the rug flattened out instantly.No turned up corners. No smell, odors. Vacuumed it right away and there was no loss of pile. Looks expensive. A good buy. Would purchase another.
