My Mattress was shipped with FedEx & the delivery period was short and quick. When I got my mattress I took it out of the box and it looked like a burrito haha, I open it up and laid it flat it looked about 2 inches in height, after a few hours it was already at 7 inches in height. I left it alone for 2 days (it states to let the mattress rise for 48 hours at least) and when I came back it was at 8 inches exactly. The mattress is hard but it needs time to form to your body it is brand new and needs to be kicked in. I love the mattress already and I cant seem to get out of bed. Also I took the bed protector off because it seemed to be holding the mattress back from fully expanding.

Excellent Value This is GREAT mattress for the price! It is very firm, but it conforms to your body quickly. I was a bit leery about the low price, but excellent mattress. It shipped in long box, and was quite heavy. It took only about an hour for it spring back to the correct thickness and there was no odor, as I have read in many reviews regarding these mattresses.

This mattress is excellent especially for the price. Follow the directions to allow it to fully expand. Assure the cover is aligned at the corners and you should be good to go. Do not disturb the mattress during the time it fully expands. I did not rush this process and got excellent results. In fact I just ordered this in a king.
