Hard as a rock This isn't in any way a comfy side chair. The foam stuffing in the seat is packed too high and pushes up in the middle. It is very stiff, so no way to sit comfortably. The back is also very low in relation to the overstuffed seat, so impossible to sit and lean back? The back hits me below the shoulder blades and I'm only 5' tall. The overall size is petite which is what I wanted and the fabric is fine for the cost. Would not buy again.
