I love these lights but the "J" has a problem with the switch. The timer setting works but the regular ON setting doesn't :-(

I have previously owned this exact sign by this brand (it was stolen) and so when I received this one I was a little disappointed. It was obviously refurbished which the description never said. One of the battery packs on one of the letters was clearly replaced and you could see corrosion from the previous battery pack. The silver inside the letter was scratched very badly. And all the lights glow in different shades of the same color. I have owned this sign before and this was not the quality I expected. If things are refurbished please communicate that!

All 3 switch and battery parts are broken. Got them to work for the party they were purchased for but that was it

Not well made for the price! When I received the sign the switches to turn the lights on were not working on 2 of the letters.. Went to the hardware store and the cost for switches was more than the sign. The cost to ship back to company was almost the cost of the sign itself! I threw it in the garbage.
