Cushy underfoot and really easy to clean I needed this rug for a hallway right next to the kitchen door we use all the time. We are gardeners, so the rug needed to shake clean and not show a lot of dirt. And the red needed to match with another rug in the room. This rug fit the bill on all counts. The only thing I'd like is another foot of length (to cover even more of the floor!)

Hall runner Nice thickness and look of rug for the interior of our home. The terra cotta color is fine on our terra cotta colored tile floor although I think it is just a little bit more on the pink hue than the orange, but with indoor lighting it works.

Yes, we would recommend any of our products to have a rug pad to reduce any slipping. Only our natural Wools have the potential to have a natural smell to them, none of our rugs have any chemical smells to them. Our Indoor/Outdoor rugs may be cleaned by using a hose.
