- Remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt to maximize memory foam expansion.
- This product arrives very tightly packed. Unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, allow product to air for a few hours.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.
Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results.

A Little Disappointed I ordered this memory foam mattress since it was a Christopher Knight brand. This is my first memory foam mattress. My daughter-in-law orders from Great Offer Stock all the time, so I have been ordering from Great Offer Stock since last summer and am usually very satisfied. I unpacked the mattress and let it rise for more than 48 hours. I waited for over 3 days since all four corners of the bed did not fill out like the rest of the bed. I finally accepted the amount the corners filled out and started sleeping on it. It is a queen size and I am the only one sleeping on it. I am a 200 pound female and placed mattress on platform heavy metal frame that was the sturdiest one Great Offer Stock sold. Within 2 months, the side of the bed I sleep on is not firm like the other side of the bed. It is still comfortable and I get a better night's sleep than on my sleep number bed, but I am disappointed that this is happening. Customer Service said I would need to deal with the manufacturer for the warranty. I am going to add a thick piece of plywood under the mattress to see if this helps, even though the metal spring platform frame is supposed to be adequate. My son and daughter-in-law added plywood to their platform frame prior to even sleeping on the mattress, so maybe that is what is best for memory foam mattresses. They purchased all their furniture from Great Offer Stock, and also my son is much heavier for me, and they have had no sagging with their memory foam mattress. Mine is 13 inches and I think theirs is 14 inches and queen size like mine, and I am only one person. So, that is why I only gave 3 stars.

Great Mattress I have been sleeping on a sleep number bed for a couple years and found it to be somewhat comfortable but not quite as good as the advertisements claim. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and I do have some minor back issues so I was looking for something soft but supportive. Having already tried the high $$$ brands and found them no more comfortable than less expensive ones, I was not going that route again. I took a chance on this mattress and I love it, soft but supportive with no pressure points.The top layer of gel infused memory foam adapts to your body and the rest just supports it. I'm not going back to the sleep number any time soon. Great bed.

Good mattress for the price we bought this mattress because of the layer of gel-infused foam. I don't like to sleep hot. I still find it a bit warm, but not too bad considering it is a memory foam mattress. The mattress itself is very comfortable. I am currently 6 months pregnant and have to sleep on my side. This mattress has helped relieve the pressure on my hips immensely. It is a little harder to move around on, so if you don't like to feel like you are being absorbed by the bed, don't buy memory foam. My husband loves that, so it's a good fit for us. We built our own platform for it and haven't had any problems so far. However, we have only had it for a few weeks. All in all, I'd say we got our money's worth out of it.

Great Matrress = Geat Sleep I have purchased a number of mattresses in my life... pillowtop, soft, firm.. and they've all had one thing in common, metal coils. I tried all of those mattresses out in the store and loved them but after a few weeks they left me disappointed.
