Good at its price, but must use care in cleaning.
This rug is well made of a heavy wool of very good quality and density. Its only drawback is in the difference between "hand tufted" and "hand knotted." 'Ware the difference! With the proper height setting, you can safely vacuum a knotted wool rug, but if a rug is merely tufted, the vaccum will suck up a tuft here and a tuft there, till you have a severely damaged rug. Tufted rugs are really attractive, though, because they cost less. Just remember to brush or sweep a tufted rug by hand, not by machine!
