I ordered this rug from *** during Black Friday. They sent the rug about 2 weeks after the order was placed. However, they delivered the rug through FedEx to the wrong apartment. The order was denied, as no one with my name lived there. I called target, they cancelled my order and resend the rug... they sent an email once saying that there was a delayed and the order was going to be sent by December 27th, 2017... Guess what my rug never arrived, My money was not refunded and they never notified what had happened with the rug!!! I called *** and explained that they no longer had the rug... I called in January 17, they explained that my money was going to be reimbursed in a week. I'm still waiting for the reimbursement...
I saw the rug in onverstock... immedialy placed an order with some other items. Everything arrived but the rug. Again they had mixed up the order. Based on my experiences with thieves at target I called Great Offer Stock customer service. They were apologetic and immediately replaced my order. In less than 4 days I had the rug with me! I am very happy and satisfied with the customer care I received! I would never orde anything from ***.. they are sneaky and wanted to keep my money. Never sent an email saying they have run out of the product I ordered! They don't need my *** the price I paid for the rug, but I could imagen how many times they have done this with other people... I'm calling *** again tomorrow to see what is their excuse now as to why my money has not yet been reimbursed!
