I would have given 5-* but wanted to be clear on color. This rug is a dark greenish taupe with 6 light grey, medium gray, camel peacock feathers that have a black center. I do like it and plan to keep it as it is thick and striking. Very worth the money. However the background of a hint of greenish taupe would throw off some color schemes, if you want beige. The closest thing to beige is the camel color in the feathers. I do recommend this rug, particularly if you have medium gray or camel in your room.
