So much for greatofferstock.com testing refurbished item When I hooked up this TV it powered recycled every 50 seconds. I reset the settings to the manufacturer defaults, but that did not resolve the problem. greatofferstock.com advertises that they put refurbished items through a "thorough" test, and they test each item twice. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished TV, but believed that greatofferstock.com would ensure the item was "like" new (or at least working) before shipping it (and stand by their own policies), but I was so wrong. I googled the problem, and saw that this is a very common problem with Vizio TV's. Although the real issue is with Vizio, I am really disappointed with greatofferstock.com shipping out a defective item, when their policy is to do through testing and testing items twice to not have a defective item shipped to a customer.
