I loved it. Great packaging

I have only one problem with this TV but it is a big one.. I have had numerous LG tv's and only actually buy LG's.. This TV was replacing an LG 65uf8500 which went to the living which I loved everything about but I purchased this LG 65uh8500 because I thought there would be a difference in the picture quality because of the Dolby Vision and HDR that the UF didnt have.. But the problem is they changed the WebOS from 2.0 to what I thought would be a better 3.0.. I was so disappointed to find out that when you have like me a harddrive with hundreds of movies I would no longer be able to view (sort) the movies by "newly added" this option is no longer available in WebOS 3.0.. So that means you can copy new movies to your harddrive only to have to not only remember the names but also have to scroll through hundreds of other movies to select it.. NOT GOOD and honestly if I could have known this before I purchased I would have never upgraded my tv and would love to be able to return but since it was delivered and have no way to return I can not.. Very disappointed with LG and im a very long time customer which is now very unhappy with his new TV..

This TV is awesome once I got it. If I knew was going to take 6 weeks to deliver would have gotten locally but couldn't cancel once in motion. TV picture and adjustments are incredible though so don't want to knock that in a produce review.
