I finally find the perfect bag! This bag arrived as stated by Great Offer Stock. The pictures truly did not do this bad justice it is absolutely beautiful, and has exceeded my expectation. I never knew London Fog made bags. I truly dislike being a follower so to show up with something as gorgeous, and different as a London Fog tote bag, Yeah it caught some folks by surprise...lol..lol. I am beyond happy with this purchase, If you are the type of person who has a desire to do something different I recommend this bag. Happy Shopping!

Hi Marianne! No there is no top zipper closure for this bag. I normally use the short straps when carrying this bag. I do not like using the longer straps because it causes all of my belongs to be exposed. I still like this bag very much and I am happy that I chose to purchase this beautiful London Fog Bag.
