We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving the package. Item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, please do not apply labels or tape directly to the shoebox. Please be sure to include your order number inside the package with your return, and within 30 days. Please note that though we provide free standard shipping on the way to the customer, we do not provide a prepaid return or reimbursement for return shipping cost, except in cases of defective/incorrect merchandise.
