I read someone stated this was "not" heavy flannel. I have to disagree. Very sturdy. Color a wee bit more purple than I thought, but not a huge deal. Very happy with this purchase.

We love our new flannel duvet set. I've only washed it once, so can't really comment on how the flannel will endure, but so far we are very pleased. The flannel is thick! I love that the duvet has corner ties, our last one did not. The shams are beautiful. I looked a long time for a new duvet, and should have gone to Great Offer Stock to begin with. You cannot beat this price, either!

These sheets are excellent quality. Warm and cozy and washed up well.

Everything is great about this cover except it is a bit complicated with the strings inside of it. You literally have to find out the exact spots on the duvet to match up with the cover. I had to do a bit of snipping and sewing to make an exact fit. But the price made it well worth it!

Love the corner ties! I bought White, which is really a off white, the fabric is very thin and the color of the comforter can be seen through. I've washed it and dried it without shrinkage or excessive wrinkles. Why this is called "heavyweight" I do not understand... it is not. It is not thick, it is not a tight weave or high thread count. It is not a Heavy Flannel. But, it is soft, comfortable and does the job. Bought 2 for a King, (going European style) and it ends up being very pricey, too pricey for the lack of quality.... so my review is both good and bad. Decent not great but really overpriced for what it is and what the quality it lacks.
