electric blanket This is a heavy blanket so will keep you warm even when not turned on. The heat is subtle to begin with - I do like that about it. It definitely will keep you warm even when on a middle setting. I never had to set it above 3 most of the time. I would rate it 5 stars if it was a little lighter in weight.

warm doesn't last Nice and warm. Had this for 2 months the coils melted the blanket. Now on the coldest day of the year (-4) it stopped working. Beware!
