this headboard is nice, hardware is not although the headboard width is perfect for a queen, the hardware would not line up with a standard steel bed frame. the bedframe fits a queen box springs perfectly but the headboard steel rails and the screww positions in the headboard do not match up....so one side of the headboard steel support is not attached to the steel frame....not a good situation what so ever.

Unbelievable quality. I couldn't be happier with this headboard. First of all the quality is amazing, especially for the price. The fabric is a heavy linen look. The nail heads are large, about 5/8" diameter in bronze. It is beautifully upholstered. But what I was really impressed with is that the back of the headboard where the legs attach is recessed so that even though it has legs the headboard fits flat against the wall.

Style at a great price! We ordered this headboard for our guest bedroom and it absolutely met our expectations. Instructions for assembly were clear, and my husband put it together quickly. Nearly perfect I would have given it a 5 star rating, IF the legs had been a similar color to the headboard. Being black, they really stand out! At some point, I will likely remove them and spray paint them. Super easy assembly, nice quality, color exactly as shown, no complaints!

Hello. I purchased this headboard and even though it is not designed to attach to the wall with some simple additional hardware you can attach it to the wall. There is a wood frame on the back side and the hardware is easily mounted. It would not work well as a free standing headboard. The legs come unattached so you don't have to worry about taking them off to hang on the wall.

I have the champagne velvet upholstery headboard. The material is more like a microfiber material used on sofas, so it's very durable. I was kind of worried about getting this since my husband loves to sit up in bed after he showers. Well, we've had it for a few years and it still looks great! I still haven't attached it to my bed, but it stands up great and makes very little noise. If I had to do it over again I would still purchase this again and is is beautiful, durable, and at a great price!

I would say, most likely, yes. The headboard fits on the base of the metal bed frame. I think you could raise the head of the bed without the headboard getting in the way as long as you don't have your mattress shoved too far forward.

from the outside edge is 42" on mine and I have a 19 inch mattress. I love my head board. It is easy to attach to the frame and the bars that you attach to the frame are metal.

With the legs at the lowest point, the center height of my headboard is about 49 inches and the edge is 42" where it curves downward. The slot where it adjusts is 6-3/4 inches high, so it will go higher, but not lower. The bottom of the headboard at the lowest point sits right at the top of my mattress at 24", so there is no gap, which I like.

The nail heads are dark brown...and are spaced 1/2 inch apart. When I ordered this, my box had no instructions or hardware for assembly, and took along time to deal with customer service. Beware.

There was a choice when I bought, the brown or a silver nails. I got the brown, which is slightly bronze-y looking. Yes, they're 5/8 to 1/2 inch diameter, the distance between is about the same. This does give it a slightly more modern look than the smaller chain of nail heads would. BUT, with the shape, the nice linen-ish fabric, the nice tan-ish color, the overall is still traditional, which I wanted. Everyone has complimented this headboard and I feel it's well made.

You will need - Hardware needed Bolt M8X25mm - 9pieces. 9pieces spring washer ring. 9pcs flat washer ring. 5pcs nut cap. 1 allen key, solid wrench. For assembly the legs to the headboard.4bolts + 4 flat washers + 4 spring washers - use allen key For assembly the legs to bed frame 4 bolts + 4 flat washer ring + 4 spring washer rings + 4 pcs nut cap use solid wrench Put headboard on flat surface - align the mounting position on headboard to the mounting position on left leg support. Then lock the top and the middle mounting positions. Repeat the same steps for right leg support. headboard.4bolts + 4 flat washers + 4 spring washers - use allen key. The final height of the headboard may be adjusted to your own need.. Next hold the headboard upright and align to the headboard bottom mounting bracket to the mattress support frame mounting bracket.. Affix the headboard to the mattress support frame. Install bolts from the front to the back of the headboard - bed frame 4 bolts + 4 flat washer ring + 4 spring washer rings + 4 pcs nut cap use solid wrench. Make sure all parts are connected and securely locked into position. Your headboard is ready for use. These are the instructions that came with my headboad Hope this helps.
