Nice rug
Very cool- differnt than I expected-notice there is a subtle printed pattern that comes in and out , in other owrds you see it and then it submerges into slightly darker purple and then re-emerges in a slightly less dark area. This gives the rug a depth that a single purple blob would not have and I think it adds a dimension that makes the rug lookvery interesting. The edges stay down, that was another worry, would I trip on the strange edges, but no, they stay down nicely. There is some shedding, though not bad at all, for a thick wool rug, and as it is dark, it will show light colored debris pretty easily. Overall we really like it.

Not at all as pictured
I was expecting a plush rich feeling area rug, which this one wasn't. The 2 days I had it before returning it, the rug was heavily shedding. There were little purple hair balls everywhere. It felt rough and looked cheaply made, which is unfortunate, because the color and the irregular shape were ON point,
