This thing is amazing!!! I ordered 2. One worked perfectly out of the box, but the other did not work. I still have not resolved the issue, but I am in contact with tech support via email, and they are very helpful & extremely determined to help me out. I am following easy step by step instructions from them to find the problem. We thought it might just be a LOSE wire from shipping. If it's not, they are prepared to send me part after part to swap out until the thing works perfectly. I was a rare case where there was an issue, but I am super happy with the help & dedication to correcting the issue that I am receiving Big Toys.

Strong scooter but too heavy ... plus the packaging and outer box was completely torn apart only thing holding it together was the packing straps

Have only ridden the scooter a few times but this thing rips! This thing goes 30 miles an hour protective gear might not be a bad idea :)

It's not a toy it's very large and fast Directions for assembly are terrible Very very heavy
