The Rightline Gear SUV Tent lets you sleep off the ground in the comfort of your own vehicle. The tent connects to the back of any SUV, minivan, wagon, or pick-up truck with cap. Large size no-see-um mesh windows and doors have storm covers that can be closed for privacy. The SUV Tent features (2) gear pockets, a lantern hanging hook, and glow-in-the-dark zipper pulls. This is a great tent for extended stays but I only set it up a few times and the one of the tent poles broke and from that point it was very hard to get set up. For the price the quality wasn't there. Still looking for replacement poles to use it again. The plus is that you can unattached from your car and go and you never have to sleep in the tent if you can set up your bed in your car, like I did. Used the tent as a dressing room and reading room.

Really cool concept but my battery went dead because the instrument panel (2017 Subaru Outback) was lit up the entire time the back hatch was open.

Love the look and idea of this car-back tent, but I have not actually used it yet because I am waiting on a canopy shell for my pickup. I do have concerns about this fitting well enough to keep the bugs out around the edges. Love the concept that you can set it up separately, too. I plan to be camping out of my pickup a lot, and this will be great if it works as well as I hope it will. Also provides some privacy when camping in a campground. I picked this one because it looked superior to other makes that I saw.
