I had a terrible vest. Weight pockets keeps on falling off when I run hard or when I do sprint but this vest here does not. It's a perfect fit and I love it. I was able to wear while cycling and run. Adjusting the weight of the vest is a major plus.

If you are a busty lady trying out this product it's not for you the position of the weights are on the inside of the vest making it feel as if an elephant is press your chest flat, not comfortable, would not recommend unless you are flat chested or a male.

If you want something like this, it is perfect. This is for serious workouts.

I bought this vest because I jog early in the morning and late at night. It is sometimes too dark to see me so I wear my weighted vest to get toned and stay safe simultaneously.
